This is not 100%. There are still class attributes that don't seem to be able to be linked.

PR Summary
This is not perfect, since some things cannot be fixed just yet. For example, the links to attributes in the artists tutorial don't work, and I don't see anything wrong with them. Sphinx just doesn't know where to find them (possibly has to do with how numpydoc lays it out?)
