PR Summary

A tiny suggestion for the Constrained Layout Tutorial, as I found the "double indexing" here a little hard to parse. Possibly it's just a matter of what I'm used to though, so others may prefer the existing version.

I think my numpy ability at the time was so rudimentary that I was never sure you could do this ;-)
