PR Summary

As #25424. Increase available operations so more issues are labelled on the next run.

From midweek this week the bot should start closing issues. This will free up some operations for subsequent runs, so hopefully we won’t need more PRs like this (or at least not so often).

PR Checklist

Documentation and Tests

  • Has pytest style unit tests (and pytest passes)
  • Documentation is sphinx and numpydoc compliant (the docs should build without error).
