Moves the clipping paths and hatches outside of the groups that first reference them, so that hiding/showing a path containing clipping path doesn't affect all objects that reference the clipping path. (Reported by David Huard).
Also adds an example by David Huard showing how to add some basic interactivity to an SVG file.
