Fix a bug (introduced by 4cd75cd) where the clipping algorithm only treats the first moveto as the start of all paths.
@jkseppan: You may want to verify this makes sense as the author of the last change to the clipping algorithm.
This is a remake of PR #872 that goes to the maintenance branch.
