Fix #138

According to the documentation, "It [AVFrame::pkt_size] must be accessed
using av_frame_get_pkt_size() and av_frame_set_pkt_size()"

AvTranscoder with libav works on opensuse 12.1.
Need to test on ubuntu (Travis distrib) to understand why pyTests crash.
