Enhance handling of custom headers in StreamableHTTPClientTransport and add corresponding tests.
Fixes #569

Motivation and Context

Improves flexibility and ensures consistent header handling, normalizing various header input formats.

How Has This Been Tested?

Added test cases in streamableHttp.test.ts to verify correct handling and updates of custom headers.
