First of all this is an amazing repo and its very convenient to use!
Moving on to the pull request;
When i was solving problems filtered by a company , I wanted to quickly glance the approach I used to solve the problem but there was no way to do so apart from clicking solve and viewing the code again.
Hence, I added the notes feature to help me write short notes for each problem (which stores the same way as preferences and filters).
Hope you and other people find this useful!
