That circleci error has turned up before, but doesn't seem to persist after merge. If you are not branched from main HEAD, I'm curious if a rebase would have an effect. |

- test_sincos_float32 taken care of in numpy/numpy#20274 - TestF77Mismatch removed upstream in numpy/numpy#20457 - test_unary_PyUFunc_O_O_method_full fixed in 1.22 (numpy/numpy#19926)

Removes a test that is not necessary anymore since g77 is gone (and it fails in certain situations like when run through emulation in conda-forge CI), as discussed in #20445.
