The one builds on top of the other, so I don't think you can keep it. |

I'm pretty sure that patch is purely an adjustment to the code that's added by the "Improve ndindex execution speed" patch. They should be treated together like they were a single patch I think. |

This is removing Stefan's patches. Please do not merge. I still need to make sure that all tests pass and that this is what we want.
