Build on Travis working for Linux (using manylinux) and OSX (closes #4)

Thanks a million for these. After the CI jobs have run, I will merge this.

Next steps:

  1. I will register this project first to the pypi test server.
  2. Add upload functionality for the travis builds (see appveyor.yml, use twine)
  3. Test that the uploads work for the pypi test server.
  4. If everything is OK, change to the actual real pypi server.

With pleasure :-) Awesome, it will be nice to be able to finally do pip install opencv
