To build praxes and test:

  python setup.py build_ext --inplace
  python setup.py test

To install praxes:

  python setup.py install


A reminder to praxes' developers:
This git repository makes use of subtrees. To pull upstream changes:

  git pull -s subtree elam_physical_reference master

For that to work, you may first need to do:

  git remote add -f elam_physical_reference https://github.com/praxes/elam_physical_reference.git
