Gitlab 7 supports "internal" projects in addidtion to just "private" and "public", which are represented by the visibility_level parameter.
This branch adds support to specify the visibility level on project creation. Imade using human readable names instead of numeric levels is possible just like is the case witith access_level.
As visibility_level controls the same thing as public, I made both arguments conflict to avoid confusion.
