hello I used to have no problems in using matplotlib.

but when I changed my computer and installed matplotlib with pip and tried to import the module with

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt

it suddenly started to say 'No module named pyplot'.

I tried to reinstall it and upgrading it to the newest version but nothing seems to work. can anyone tell me what the problem might be?
