Description
This MR brings in a change needed to ensure the present and future of Atomics fast-loop operations performed behind the scene.
Changes were applied in reflected-ffi as well as coincident to finally land in polyscript after various cross browsers' tests and here we are with a change that should survive browsers updates and inconsistencies.
