Adds a demonstration of a Toga app, deployed as a web page using Pyscript.
Demo server is a Flask app, serving Toga and app content as wheels.
Details for running the demo are in the README; PR includes experimental wheels of an unpublished branch of Toga providing updates to use PyScript.
Demo also includes a vendored version of Pyscript to avoid having to set up a rollup plugin for Flask.
