Fix warning : unused variable 'Overlapped_WSARecvFrom_doc' [-Wunused-const-variable].

Must be a left-over (and the only PyDoc_STRVAR in overlapped.c).

The currently used PyDoc_STRVAR is here:

cpython/Modules/clinic/overlapped.c.h
