fix error messages of dict() and dict().update()

TypeError: dict expected at most 1 positional argument, got 2

TypeError: update expected at most 1 positional argument, got 2

instead of

TypeError: dict expected at most 1 argument, got 2

TypeError: update expected at most 1 argument, got 2
