Thanks, but unfortunately we can't accept this PR (or most others on this repository). The only reasonable way to review this change is to recreate it, at which point a maintainer might as well sign the commit and push it directly. Additionally, since 1.3 is subject to the same CVE as 1.2.13, we might as well wait until 1.3.1 is out before adding a copy of 1.3.x.
