I stumbled upon this broken link while trying to find another obsolete link to this paper on www.python.org. I realize it's old news, but the fix seems trivial, and should stay unbroken as long as legacy.python.org is running.

FYI, legacy.python.org is going to finally be decommissioned at some point soon (see python/docs-community#36), so we probably should find a new home for your paper and link that, or else figure out a transition plan.
