Perhaps this PR is a little premature; do you have any core dev support? Have you read and followed the workflow in PEP 1?

I try to read and try to obey the PEP1. However, in this place I am just a green hand.

Part of the workflow includes having a PEP sponsor. I'm closing this PR for now, it can be reopened if you find a core dev who is willing to sponsor your proposal. Given that the thread you started on Discourse did not get a single reply, I'm not holding my breath.
