Basée sur #1372 .
J'ai volontairement pas fait le dernier paragraph, trop spécial, trop technique, ceux qui en ont besoin ont pas besoin d'option longues

Add missing `code-block`

Homogenize the number of new lines after code blocks to 2 lines.

Pour moi le -a était un --add, mais non… (en fait je suis un partisan du git add suivi d'un git commit, j'ai tellement vu de gens faire un commit involontaire de fichiers avec ce -a).

Enfin, la PR me semble bonne.
