Use potodo to scan PO files locally (instead of from Transifex) and obtain translation percentage ("completion"), number of translated strings ("translate") and total number of strings ("entries").
Saves Transifex API calls, and use local stats — which is the most important thing considering that's where the docs.python.org will use PO files from.
