This PR fixes issues in the footer section:

  1. Replaced the broken “Designed by ” link with only text "Designed by blanc".
  2. Updated generic placeholder link text (“This is a link”) with descriptive and relevant text, such as tutorials, resources.

These changes improve accessibility, clarity, and user navigation.
