Update the build-system ensuring the following defines are set in pyconfig.h:

  • HAVE_PTHREAD_STUBS
  • _WASI_EMULATED_GETPID
  • _WASI_EMULATED_PROCESS_CLOCKS
  • _WASI_EMULATED_SIGNAL
