This PR fixes the problem with discrete time simulations identified in issue #332, along with adding unit tests to verify the fix.
Also found and fixed a small bug where the timebase variable
dt
could get overwritten if it was set toTrue
(discrete time, without specific sampling time) and you ran a simulation that provided a sampling time via the time vector (oops).
