  • Add Python 3.11 classifier to Python metadata
  • Bump the testing to Python 3.11
  • Bump some GitHub actions, avoids deprecation warnings

  • Conda-forge dropped support for Python 3.7. There are no py37 packages of today's released Slycot v0.5.1.
  • NumPy 1.23 also dropped support according to NEP29.
