Gitlab (since v13.0) now supports test reports. Here is the api description.

@rmonat just FYI - we've split the objects package into modules now so this will have to be rebased and moved into gitlab/v4/objects/pipelines.py, for example. And the manager also imported in projects.py. Take a look at #1304 for an example on how to add it.

I'll assign this to you for now but if you need help just let me know :)

@rmonat thanks again for this. Since the project is moving ahead I didn't want this PR to be blocked or conflict too much, so I took the liberty of rebasing and adding docs for this. Don't worry you'll still be credited for the commit/PR ;)
