Issue description:
Segfault occurs when multiple threads call initialize at the same time

Steps to reproduce:
As above

Operating system:
CentOS 7

Python version:
3.8

python-ldap version:
3.4.3

Could you provide more information (e.g. a sample python script) that reproduces this? And a sample backtrace if possible.
