adds functionality to separately parse each commit message within a squashed merge commit which decouples the commits into their respective type categories in the changelog.

Purpose
How did you test?
Need to add more unit tests for variants of squashed commits, also make sure the github flow default variant's changelog is correctly displayed as it uses squash commits
