cc @takluyver and @asmeurer. I went for something shorter than Statement of commitment for dropping Python 2 support by 2020 as on tabs only the first few words are showed.

The tab title doesn't matter. We should change the title at the top of the page.

I agree that the title in the page is more significant, but it's worth changing both. I'll merge this and continue.
