This removes the Haskell & Lua servers. The Lua one doesn't run anymore. The Haskell one requires knowledge I don't have time to invest in to make updates. I think I'm also going to stop accepting PRs in every possible language - it's fun but not worth it. We have good enough coverage with what we have left (JS, Ruby, Python, PHP, Perl, Go). I'd probably be ok getting rid of Perl & Go too but they were easy enough to update recently.
