What was changed:

  • Renamed folders according to chXX-name-of-chapter scheme
  • Renamed files according to X-X-X.py. Ex. 1-2-5.py for solutions to section 5 of chapter 2; the reason for including the 1 at the beginning is to match the numbering in the table of contents.
  • Added exercise number comments in source code
  • In some places, I cleaned a few things up and made some code conventions more consistent.

@dbader : if you get a few minutes, look over the naming scheme and let me know if you like this. If so, I'll finish up the rest of repo.

@somacdivad Love it, I think this naming scheme works great! So much easier to navigate 🙂
