This example is confusing and wrong.

It's just demonstrating returning an ordinary tuple, but makes it seem like a feature of the return statement and calls it a "comma-separated list".

It's probably worth discussing heuristics for when to return a tuple, namedtuple, dict, or object, but I don't think that can be done in a short enough space to fit here.
