Addresses issue #93.
I've copied the
make.bat
over from an existing project of mine, and edited to locate .rst files under docs. (I did this 'cause I'm not sure whether Sphinx can recreate the make.bat file.)Assumes that Sphinx owns the build dir at the root of the project.
Also, I've ignored more files for contributors using Mercurial, although it might make sense to include the .hgignore file too?
