A lot of people use scikit-learn's python wheels uploaded on PyPI.

Wheels were not designed for scientific packages and this leads to a variety of problems for users who use them — for more information see the limitations of PyPi.

I’d like to work on this issue by updating the documentation to recommend using conda-forge for installing scikit-learn, highlighting its advantages over PyPI wheels. Could I take this on ?
