why? Can you please give a before and after screenshot? Does that still render well on the website?

I use jupyter lab to run the example code here, before I set figure size, I get this picture:

After I set figure size, I get below picture:

Maybe we can use plt.tight_layout()? Setting figsize seems a bit magical.

Only in the latest matplotlib version I think?

Honestly the changes LGTM,
