I looked at the summary for the moment. Just some thoughts.
Hi! Just red the new version, and it is indeed much clearer. I think the best part is that you added the shapes and the type of matrices expected as input. |

I would think that with each example we could print a minimum python/numpy example of y_pred
obtained. We could use the targets given in each example to have a link.

Oh, I meant something simpler. E.g. for multiclass:
