Please note that this PR targets the
new_web_themebranch!Towards #28084. This removes:
tune_toc(does not fit intopydata-sphinx-theme),parenttoc(no longer needed because we can letpydata-sphinx-themeautomatically handle things),big_toc_css(modified to fit intopydata-sphinx-theme, and no longer needed to include in separate files), andbigger_toc_css(not used even onmain).Here is the list of things left to be done in this PR (if any). Maintainers please feel free to modify.
