Proposed changes

I re-worded the logic that explained a scenario where conflicting settings could have unintended side effects.

Changed:

if you have a Destination Filter that only allows Track events

to:

if you have a Destination Filter that filters Track events

Since track events wouldn't be "dropped" if they were "only allowed". I hope my understanding of this scenario is correct.
