Proposed changes

Updated table to include new line item about linked audience event throughput at the individual audience and space levels.

there are two limits - there is a limit at the audience level (i.e., at the individual audience level, we can only emit events at a certain throughput) and at the space level (i.e., across all the audiences in your space, this is how fast, in aggregate, we can emit those events)
