Determine if a buffer length is compatible with ndarray meta data.

Usage

import isBufferLengthCompatible from 'https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/stdlib-js/ndarray-base-assert-is-buffer-length-compatible@deno/mod.js';

isBufferLengthCompatible( len, shape, strides, offset )

Returns a boolean indicating if a buffer length is compatible with provided ndarray meta data.

var bool = isBufferLengthCompatible( 30, shape, strides, offset );
// returns true

bool = isBufferLengthCompatible( 4, shape, strides, offset );
