This PR replaces the markdown code block languages that are unknown with the exact ones that Shiki uses. Required for sveltejs/svelte.dev#1399 which changes the site to error on unknown syntax languages

Tests

  • Run the tests with pnpm test and lint the project with pnpm lint and pnpm check
