adjust dependencies in examples #412

There are a lot of examples using dev-master or hardcoded versions like 1.0 or 1.0.0 and some using aliases (though it looks like it some cases this is correct as the docs are waiting for 1.1 releases).

We should review this and update accordingly.

should be also remove midgard while we are at it?

what is going on in midgard land then? abandoned? or they don't care about phpcr anymore?

well then lets remove the stuff from our doc. phpcr should still mention it somewhere, but maybe with warnings that its not up to date.

@bergie @piotras .. maybe you can also shed some light here, are you planning to upgrade midgard to the stable release of PHPCR?

that being said, right now it makes no sense to have it in the CMF docs as it simply does not work in the current state.
