Here's more generic script for uploading data to Wikidata. It requires new data to be in JSON format (see sample_new_lexeme.json) and it reads unpacked Wikidata to dedupe output.
It wait's 1s between uploads to obey rate limiting.
It currently only works for nouns, but it's generic enough that other things could be added, like adjectives.
