When using
cp -b a symlink, GNUcpbackupssymlinkassymlink~and then overwritessymlinkwitha(and thussymlinkis no longer a symlink). uutilscp, on the other hand, backups the target of the symlink assymlink~and then overwrites the target of the symlink witha(and thussymlinkremains a symlink). This PR fixes this behavior.
