Currently there is not way of changing the entry file. It must always be named like the folder it is inside.

For example, if my folder is called foo then there must be a foo.ino file inside of the root of this folder.

It would be really handy if you could just specify the path to the file. (You can specify the path but the extension still complains about it not having the same name as the folder.)
