and it's going to be super easy to put together. Start in your
bowl with two cups of currants. To that currants, we're going
to add brown sugar, light brown is best or white. Do not use
dark brown, some salt and some freshly created nutmeg along
with a pinch of cinnamon. In goes the vanilla essence or
almond essence. Just a touch. And then give this a good mix.
Once mixed set aside. Here's the secret ingredient. We're
going to be using frozen puff pastry sheets from the
supermarket. These are readily available now so you don't have
