Style Notes: I purchased this dress in a 4x. It does have stretch. I am always unsure of Modcloth sizing, so I usually purchase a size up. Besides the top being a little big, it fit my bottom half great. Shoes are Betseyville from Target (online only) who carries 11, but the shoe is sold out.
