these 3"-5" snowmen won't melt when the weather warms up. the aspen wood is salvaged from dead trees around my house in Manitou Springs, Colorado.

I had this about 90% done when I got sidetracked on other things and this got lost on a shelf behind some other projects. I found it today and finished it up. Now I just have to wait for her to get home so I can give it to her. Super fun project and a great way to use up some scraps that would otherwise get tossed in the burn pile…

Body from sweet gum, buttons and eyes are ebony, nose is paduk, the pipe is olive, the hat is walnut, and the arms are from a twig I found in the yard. Made 100% from shop scraps.
